I lost or did not receive my domain activation email, how can I retrieve this information?
It's possible that the email was never sent because the domain wasn't added successfully to our system. Please send us an email at our support address letting us know that you didn't get the email and also the email address that you expected it to be mailed to. That way we can investigate any problem and send/resend the domain activation email to you.
