Domain Names
This is a $5 monthly charge for each domain name. The "Example Pricing" above assumes a single domain name. If your organization uses multiple domain names for email, e.g. jill@mybiz.com and bob@mybiz.net, the additional domain names can be added for $5/month.The multiple domains can use the same or different mail servers.
Example - You have 100 employees with email; each employee has an email address at each of two domains. Our service price would be $100 + 2 x $5 for a total of $110 per month. We would only charge for the 100 employees and two domains. (Most other services would charge you for 200 mailboxes.)

Optional Anti-virus Service
The optional anti-virus service scans email attachments for viruses and replaces ones suspected of being virus infected with a warning.
Note: while this optional service will remove the vast majority of known email born viruses, viruses can also infect computers in other ways. For maximum protection, we therefore recommend that you also run anti-virus software on each of your computers. Although our anti-virus service updates its definitions every hour, no service can guarantee that 100% of all viruses will be removed from your email.

Family Domains
If you or your family have a personal domain name, our service is available at a reduced price. Our Family Domain service is intended only for personal, non-business use.

Excessive Spam/Email/Transfer
Our pricing assumes very generous limits which 99% of customers never exceed:
A maximum of 1,000 messages per day per mailbox.
A maximum of 4,000 invalid recipients per day per mailbox.
These limits are averaged per month over the entire domain; therefore it is acceptable if some mailboxes exceed these numbers, as long as the entire domain, on average, does not.
The maximum 1,000 spam/day/mailbox means that a 100 mailbox domain should not receive more than 3 million spam per month. If overages occur repeatedly, we will request the customer to increase their mailbox count to fit this guideline.
The maximum 4,000 invalid recipients/day/mailbox means that a 100 mailbox domain should not receive more than 12 million invalid recipient requests per month (dictionary attacks). If overages occur repeatedly, we will request the customer to increase their mailbox count to fit this guideline.
Note: Customers that receive more than 1,000 messages per mailbox per day may be asked to enter a list of valid mailboxes into our service. (We provide an easy-to-use method of setting, adding or deleting mailbox names.)
The primary reason for these limits is to prevent anyone from reselling our service (without our knowledge) or otherwise abusing our service.
Please note that your service will not be automatically disrupted in any way if you exceed these limits. We will notify you before any additional charges are added.
